Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared based on the TRNC Consumer Protection Law and the Contracts Law.

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

SELLER: Intergaz Ltd. (Address: Industrial Zone, Nicosia/Famagusta etc. - MS No: [MS Number])

BUYER: The real or legal person purchasing products or services through the website (e-commerce platform).

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT AND SCOPE

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods/services ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE AND PAYMENT

• Sales prices of the products including VAT are as specified in the order form.
• Payments are made through secure payment systems provided by Intergaz (K-Ödeme or bank virtual POS systems).

ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY AND SAFETY

• LPG (cylinder or bulk) delivery is carried out exclusively by the SELLER's authorized personnel in accordance with TRNC fire and safety regulations.
• It is essential for the buyer (or an authorized representative) to be present during delivery and permit security inspections if required.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law, although a right of withdrawal exists within 14 days from product delivery; returns are not accepted for consumable products with safety seals and valves, such as LPG cylinders, if the seal is opened or a safety risk is created.
