Our company, İntergaz Ltd., as part of its social responsibility, has decided to create a 'Memorial Forest' with the aim of giving back to the community what it has received, emphasizing the use of gas as an environmentally friendly fuel, and contributing to the greening of our island, known as the 'Green Island.'  For this purpose, we contacted the Forestry Department Directorate last year and, after necessary coordination, signed the 'Memorial Forest Afforestation Protocol' with the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources on January 20, 2015. Within the scope of this Protocol, a sapling planting event was organized on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at 09:30, southeast of Dikmen.   At this event, our company employees, as the İntergaz family, planted red pine and eucalyptus saplings. In this event, which we initiated with the slogan 'Let everyone have a planted sapling,' 3,500 saplings were planted in a two-hectare area. Our activities will continue in different locations in the following years with the aim of greening our homeland.
