As part of its Lifelong Learning Program, the Intergaz Human Resources Department hosted Behavioral Scientist, educator, actor, screenwriter, consultant, and producer Mehmet Auf, and Drama Actor Melih Yetkin. The Intergaz team participated in the 'Unending Motivation' and 'Servant Leader Manager Program,' where topics such as the dynamics in the business world created by social changes and transformations, evolving needs, intergenerational management styles, and discovering one's inner potential were explained and dramatized. Throughout the program, Mehmet Auf's presentations were brought to life with scenarios that Melih Yetkin conducted interactively with the participants. After the training, Mehmet Auf's books, "From a Distance" and "Turn It Off and On Again," were signed and gifted to the attendees.
