“The last drill of the year was held.”
The final Disaster and Emergency Response Drill of 2019 was conducted at the Intergaz facility. The drill, aimed at preventing potential disasters following an earthquake and taking necessary precautions, was carried out with the participation of Intergaz personnel, the fire department, and medical teams.
Our LPG fire safety trainings are ongoing.

A new one has been added to the technical safety and fire security training sessions that Intergaz Ltd. started in 2011. Training and a drill were organized at Değirmenlik High School. The event at Değirmenlik High School began with a speech by Intergaz Ltd. Deputy General Manager Kader Kencer. Kencer, noted that Intergaz Ltd. has carried out many activities within the scope of social responsibility to date and will continue to do so. Kencer expressed their pleasure as a company in providing training to various institutions and organizations.
Our Company, which is enhancing its means and capabilities in the LPG sector every day, participated in the “Disaster Management and Response Drill” held on October 5, 2019, at Değirmenlik High School, within the area of responsibility of the Civil Defense Organization Presidency's Nicosia Regional Directorate.
The awareness activities organized by Intergaz Ltd in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, along with the pink gas cylinders we offer specially for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, are ongoing. The entire proceeds from our pink gas cylinders, which will be on sale throughout October, will be transferred to the Ministry of Health's efforts related to breast cancer awareness. In this context, Minister of Health Ali Pilli also attended the Breast Cancer awareness event held on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at the Nicosia Dr.
A new addition has been made to the technical safety and fire security trainings that Intergaz Ltd. started in 2011.
Intergaz hosted the 14th Term Basic Firefighter Training Students and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Labor Inspectors.
The program, which began in the morning at the Chamber of Industry with the welcoming of future firefighters and ministry inspectors, continued with technical training, hands-on training at the Intergaz Ltd. facility, and concluded with the presentation of participation certificates back at the Chamber of Industry.
